Nothing Heads up: Everything

Everything was perfect. Especially the service provided by the butlers Nasha, Dalton, and Cameal. And the driver Ricardo! Thank you! See you next time.

Decent stay but not worth the money The food was great! We were upgraded to a larger room. That was really nice! Heads up: Our arrival got off to a rough start. We were traveling from a colder climate so in addition to our carry on luggage, we had large coats and sweaters. Our rooms weren't ready (we arrived around noon and the rooms would not be ready until 3:00pm), so we went to lunch. The staff told us we had to CARRY everything around other than our checked luggage! Also, the decor was dated....the bedroom still had a carpeted floor which had a couple of stains. The staff cleaned daily but the mops weren't changed which led to constant hair on the bathroom floor (gross). Lastly, we had an issue with knats in the room. Maintenance addressed the issue as soon as we reported it.
