Pickup starts about 15 min before departure.

Hotel Guests: Guests staying at hotels will be picked up outside the main lobby entrance approximately 15 minutes prior to their scheduled adventure time. Our team will arrive in a clearly branded My Own Water Sports van. Cruise Ship Passengers: Guests arriving via cruise ship are asked to meet our team opposite the port exit, directly in front of the Blanco by Nature store in the Prince George Plaza, beneath the Fat Tuesdays sign approximately 15 minutes prior to their scheduled adventure time. Our team will arrive in a clearly branded My Own Water Sports van. Please note, guests are required to present a government issued identification.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Good to know

  • The minimum age to ride a jet ski independently is 16. Children ages 3–15 may ride as passengers when accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult
  • Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship
  • The maximum combined weight per jet ski is 500 lbs
  • Traveler: ages 0–120
  • Bookings for 1–2 travelers
  • Ticket: mobile or paper ticket accepted
