Enjoy conch salad at a local seafood, fruit and vegetable market. At this stop guests will be treated to an interactive conch salad making and conch cracking demonstration.

Savor the taste of cracked conch and conch fritters at a local food shack.

The adventure climaxes with a Bahamian drink mixing demonstration, and an authentic local lunch of lemon-pepper fish, creamy seafood Mac and cheese, fish tacos and a classic Bahamian Goombay soda.

You will also be treated to a cultural and historical tour of the City of Nassau including a visit to a tea house to sample local bush teas.

    Intro to Conch: Taste the essence of the Bahamas with conch salad samples at Montagu Fish Market and witness a fun, interactive conch cracking demonstration by a master conch fisherman, learning about its importance to local culture.

  3. Queen's Staircase

    Get a panoramic view of the City of Nassau and walk down the Queen's Staircase, which was hewn out of solid limestone rock. Visit Fort Fincastle which was constructed during the 18th century.
